About

The gap nobody owned.

Every business transformation has three parts: process, platform, and people. Organisations invest heavily in the first two. The third one keeps getting left behind.

The numbers

The pattern is not new. The results haven't changed.

70%
of digital transformations fail to meet their objectives
80%
of enterprise systems are not used as intended within six months
18 months
average time before the business sees any return
How we got here

Calibr8 was built around one observation. The platform lands. The people do not.

Calibr8 came out of years spent inside large-scale enterprise platform programs. The pattern repeated. Organisations spend millions on a platform, the build is delivered to spec, the process is mapped, and the business case still does not land. The platform worked. The people were not ready.

The discipline behind the work is behavioural, not administrative. It is not about making people feel better about change. It is about what makes them work differently. People do not adopt a platform because it exists. They adopt it when it helps them do their job better.

That layer is what Calibr8 owns. Nothing else.

Where we work

Inside enterprise programs from start to finish, embedding new ways of working after go-live.

Working together

We plug into your governance. We do not build a second one.

The adoption workstream reports into the program the same way every other workstream does, on the cadence you already run.

Governance

One named workstream on your plan.

Adoption sits on the program plan with its own scope, milestones and RAID entries. We report to the program director and work alongside the client change lead, never around them.

Cadence

Weekly working, fortnightly steering.

A weekly working session with the module and change leads, a fortnightly status into program governance, and a readiness checkpoint at each major gate before go-live.

Reporting

Readiness reported as a number.

Readiness is baselined early and re-measured through delivery, so the program board sees movement rather than sentiment. Post go-live we report adoption against the outcomes in the business case.

The gap between platform delivery and business value. The gap between go-live and actual use. The gap between the system the organisation bought and the people expected to work inside it.

That is the gap Calibr8 exists to close.

What we do

Enablement built for your new ways of working in your configured platform to drive adoption from day one.

What we do

Your implementation partner owns the platform. The business owns the process. Calibr8 owns the people.

We work alongside your change lead on the platform-specific people layer: readiness, role impact, training built on the configured platform, manager enablement, and adoption measurement. That layer is often the part of a program that does not have a dedicated owner. It is the part we own.
