What we own

Go-live is not the outcome.
It is the starting line.

Calibr8 owns the adoption layer of your ServiceNow program. We assess the people risk, map role impacts, build training on the configured platform, enable managers, measure adoption, and hand you the evidence.

Ownership

Three streams. Three owners.

The people stream is the one we own, and the three pillars below are how we deliver it. Same idea, one level down.

People stream, expanded below
The method

Three pillars, tied to your program plan.

This is the people stream from the diagram above, broken into the three pillars we deliver against your program plan.

Questions

The five we get asked most.

We own the people side of platform adoption: readiness before go-live, role-based training built around the configured platform, manager enablement, adoption measurement, and proof of value after launch. We are not generic change managers. We are adoption specialists, and we train end users, the people whose behaviour decides whether the platform delivers, not administrators or developers.

Before go-live is always better than after. The ideal entry point is when the program is scoped, so we can influence readiness planning from the start. The most common entry point is six to twelve weeks from go-live, when the training plan is not yet locked and the change risk is still on the RAID log. We also offer post go-live adoption support where adoption has stalled.

We work with technology implementations, specialising in enterprise platforms like ServiceNow, Salesforce and related technologies. Our delivery is built around the configured instance, the roles you have defined, and the workflows you are actually implementing, so the training is specific to the platform as it works in your environment.

Engagements are scoped to program size, not sold as a fixed package. The main drivers are the number of modules going live, the number of impacted roles, the number of end users to enable, and how long you need adoption measured after go-live. A single-module workstream is a short, focused engagement. A multi-module enterprise rollout across several business units is a longer one with a measurement tail. Tell us the program shape and we come back with a scoped range, not a guess.

Users are ready at go-live, adoption is baselined and measured, and the platform delivers the outcomes the business case was built on. For a program director, change comes off the risk register. For a module owner, the adoption numbers hold up in program review. For an account executive, the renewal closes with adoption trending up.
